Mountainside Ski & Sports, LLC reserves the right to change customer payment options at any time. By initiating a transaction on www.mountainsideski-sports.com, you are agreeing to the “General Terms & Conditions Disclaimer” as documented on this website and the policies noted below.

CREDIT CARD:

www.mountainsideski-sports.com currently accepts the following types of credit card payments for online transactions:

Mountainside Ski & Sports, LLC may use certain software or services to evaluate the validity and acceptability of any credit card. Although Mountainside Ski & Sports welcomes you as a customer, Mountainside Ski & Sports, LLC reserves the right to decline any transaction for any reason it deems necessary. If your credit card is declined, please review your account status with the card issuer and please note that the Bill-To address must match the address related to the credit card account. When you place your order online, your credit card is authorized for the amount of the order. Credit card orders can only be shipped to a certified shipping address on the credit card. If you would like your order shipped to a location other than your billing address, please call your credit card company, tell them you want to add a certified shipping address to your credit card before placing your order. Then call us at 717-697-2063 to place your order or send us an email at customerservice@mountainsideski-sports.com letting us know you have done so so we can verify all relevant information.

GIFT CARDS:

Mountainside Ski & Sports Gift Cards purchased on line at www.mountainsideski-sports.com or in-store at Mountainside Ski & Sports 5142 East Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 can only be redeemed for purchases in our Mountainside Ski & Sports location at 5142 East Trindle Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050. They can not be used for payment online.

SALES TAX:

Current tax regulations require Mountainside Ski & Sports, LLC to collect sales or use tax for online sales shipped to Pennsylvania where Mountainside Ski & Sports, LLC maintains business operations. Sales tax collections may vary over time as Mountainside Ski & Sports, LLC expands its business to additional states and as sales tax regulations change.
